Help me with "A System Error Has Occurred" in OwlCat

When you receive this error, your session has timed out. You can return to OwlCat without quitting the browser, opening a new window, or typing in a link.
Step 1. Cick on the link "login again"
Step 2. Click on the link for "EBSCO Discovery Service".
On the following page, click on the link for "EBSCO Discovery Service". If you are off campus, you may be prompted to re-authenticate your account via the Otis log in page
OwlCat uses an interface similar to other EBSCOhost research databases, such as Art and Archicture Source. To return to that research database interface instead, click on the link for "EBSCOhost Research Databases."
Step 3. Search OwlCat Extended Search
You should now be back on the OwlCat Extended Search page:
