NEW: How Do I Create a WGSN Account?

New process for 2022 for creating and re-activating your WGSN account.


The process for creating an account on WGSN changed in 2022. You no longer need to choose a separate password; it will now log you in using MyOtis.

Step 1. Log into MyOtis

Step 2. Go to the WGSN EDU account page

When possible, create your account while you are on an Otis computer or using the campus wi-fi network.

If you are coming from off campus, you might get an error message. In that case, use the Alternate log-in URL.

Step 3. Click "Create a New Account"

New users should click the Create a New Account button on the left.

Step 4. Enter your Name and Otis email address

Enter your name and your full Otis email address. Do not use a personal email address. Then click Submit Form.

Step 5. Verify your identity

You may be prompted to confirm your Otis connection by re-entering your credentials on the Otis log in page.

You may also need to check your Otis email to verify your email address.

NOTE: You do not need to create a separate password for

Step 6. Use WGSN

New users may be prompted to fill out a profile, review notification options, and other actions.

Once you have created your account, you can access it directly at for about 3 months.

Re-Activating your account

If you have not logged into WGSN for over 90 days, you will need to re-activate your account.

Follow the same steps above. At Step 3, however, choose the Login & Reactivate button on the right.

On the next screen, enter your full Otis email address.
