Sign Up via Los Angles Public Library

Many public libraries, including Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL), subscribe to / Linkedin Learning.

How to sign up via LAPL:

  1. If you already have a physical LAPL library card, skip to step 4.
  2. If you only have a LAPL e-card, you will need to get a physical card to get the best and longest access to LinkedIn Learning. Go to step 3.
  3. Get a physical LAPL Library Card. Fill out the application, bring ID and proof of address, then go to a branch to get a physical card.
  4. Go to this LinkedIn Learning page or navigate to Education & Research > Online Learning
  5. Log in with your Los Angeles Public Library card and PIN number and create an account.

Once you have created an account via LAPL, you can access it from their Online Learning page, from their LinkedIn Learning page.

If you are using the app or logging in via,

  1. Choose Sign in with your iibrary card
  2. Enter lapl as the Library ID.
  3. Enter your LAPL card number and PIN
